We use fat washing to infuse rich, savory, and nutty flavors in the cocktail by infusing and freezing olive oil until it solidifies and is skimmed off, leaving behind a
silky, flavorful spirit perfect for your enjoyment.

Fun fact! Fat Washing uses the same principles from ancient perfumery to add texture and deep flavor *without leaving actual grease* in the drink to create unique cocktails.

KNIGHTS OF CYDONIA 🍐🌲
