Owner
Larissa is the Owner of ButterScotch Bakery and Bar, and Lead Cake Decorator. Every Cake and cupcake you see has been hand-piped by her!


Sam Gibson
General Manager
Sam leads the Bar and oversees the general management of the company. Sam is a national educator with over 13 years in the food and hospitality business.


Cass Tabor
Bakery Manager
Cass oversees the Bakery, invents the monthly menus, and oversees the quality assurance of all baked goods in the cafe.
