You may know ButterScotch for our rotating selection of authentic French Italian pastries, gorgeous wedding cakes, and handcrafted cocktails...but before we ever turn on our ovens, whip up our housemade buttercream, or uncork a bottle, we start at the beginning: Every day, our goal is to become the most welcoming, accepting, and community focused bakery and bar in Northwest Arkansas. Being part of a community means taking care of it, and thatās why Butterscotch puts sustainability, re-usability, and compost-ability at the forefront of all our purchase and baking processes. All of our packaging, to-go boxes, glass, and even leftover ingredients all find their way into an environmentally friendly future. ButterScotch partners with local companies and non-profits to recycle and compost over 80% of our waste products.
Butterscotch partners with FoodloopsĀ to compost all our unused organic material. š·š
Epic glass recyclingĀ turns all our used glass into composite material for road construction. š§š·āāļø
We partner with the City of BentonvilleĀ to recycle all our cardboard and plastic. šļøā»ļø

ButterScotchās goal is to become a certified B corporation by 2030, which goes much farther than just being environmentally friendly ā it means we will meet verified social, environmental, and governance standards that measure our companyās positive impact on our workers, community, customers, and environment. When you enjoy one of our delicious treats, bite into one of our homemade cakes, or sip your favorite cocktail, know that ButterScotch isnāt just dedicated to your enjoyment, but also to the improvement of our environment and our community.
